Days 4-?
The number of days of class time devoted to the mural depends on the discretion of the teacher. If the teacher feels there is not enough time to devote to the murals, one alternative may be to have three or four groups create the murals at different times (in their free time) and have them correspond to other sections of the Renaissance unit. For example, if the teacher plans to include selections from The Prince or Utopia, two of the groups could depict "ideal" versions of these works and unveil them when Machiavelli and More are discussed.
